ABOUT

MIRANDA EBERSOLD, OWNER

Miranda’s love for fashion started early in childhood—beginning with styling and dressing her little sister the moment she came home from the hospital. 20 years later, she is now styling and dressing the women of Harrisonburg.

After earning a degree in marketing from Shepherd University, Miranda worked in several boutiques before opening The Yellow Button at its first location in Downtown Harrisonburg in 2009. Her store quickly became synonymous with quality-made products on par with metropolitan trends—while retaining a relaxed and approachable comfort of a Shenandoah Valley lifestyle.

Miranda lives in Harrisonburg with her husband (and owner of Black Sheep Coffee) Chance, their 3 year old, Graham, and 1 year old, Poppy.
